Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Thank you for choosing our services! We want to ensure a smooth booking process for all our clients. Please take note of the following policies: 1. Deposits: - All bookings require a deposit to secure the appointment. - Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit cannot be refunded. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling: - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24-48 hours before the scheduled time. - Failure to cancel or reschedule within the specified time frame will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. - To avoid losing your deposit, please make sure to notify us within the given timeframe and arrange for a new appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, please note that our policy regarding deposits and cancellations/rescheduling is in place to ensure fairness and efficiency for all our clients.
